Listening Practice for past simple and present perfect 2

I am now an expert on cold remedies from around the world. Thank
you so much to everybody who sent me a remedy or good wishes. I am
now feeling much better.

Here is this week’s listening practice on the past simple/present perfect.

I also need some help from people who would be interested in
purchasing our English All Year multimedia lessons.

We’ve been developing these over the last year and asking people to
pay a monthly fee of just under $10. We have about 50 people
currently signed up.

Most people don’t like to pay a monthly fee and
so we are switching to an unlimited membership for $47.

However, I’m still testing the new payment system and so, for the
next 20 people who sign up, we’ll charge the special price of only
$27 for unlimited access.

Click here to take advantage of this special price:

As always, there is a 30 day money-back guarantee.

Have a nice week.

Listening Practice for past simple and present perfect

Hello again,

I’ve got a bad cold but then everybody that I know here in England has got
a bad cold ;) We’re all surviving on hot lemon drinks. Hope it is warmer
where you are.

We’ve had quite a lot of demand for further listening practice. I
hope you enjoy this activity, which also gives useful revision of
the difference between the Past Simple and Present Perfect.

For those of you who want more listening practice, remember
that Caroline has some great activities in her $27 ebook

http://englishpartneronline.com/

There is a 30 day money back guarantee on this ebook but out of the
128 we have sold to date, only 2 people have asked for their money back.
Most ebooks have about a 10% refund rate so we are delighted with that
figure.

If you are on facebook.com, please add Pearson Brown as a friend ;)

Have a great week.
